Primal Fitness Boot Camps offers a strength and conditioning program performed in a group setting. While our program is designed to get results, it’s also scalable making it perfect for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. Classes are limited in size, so everyone gets the attention they need to ensure an injury-free workout.
We are not your typical gym or health club, offering the same routine. Instead, we teach proper use of functional equipment such as kettle bells, pull-up bars, barbells, medicine balls, etc. Then we combine that with primary movements such as running, jumping and lifting, resulting in the best fitness training available. The workouts are constantly changing so you’re never bored and you’re guaranteed a full body workout.
